Small Group Therapy
At Brightside, we’re proud to offer small group therapy (3-4 participants) opportunities designed to support children and teens in building confidence, resilience, and healthy relationships. Each group is thoughtfully structured around a theme such as friendship, self-esteem, study skills, impulse control, or leadership and provides a safe, supportive space to learn and grow alongside peers. Guided by Dr. Jennifer Roberts, participants practice real-world skills through engaging activities, discussions, and teamwork. With a focus on connection and encouragement, our groups help kids feel seen, supported, and empowered.
