Testing Anxiety & Coping Skills Workshop

Who? Middle school students who feel nervous around tests

When? Tuesday, February 24th from 6-7:30pm

Where? Brightside Psychology!

Group Facilitators: Dr. Jennifer & Ms. Emily

Cost: $60

This interactive workshop is designed to help middle school students feel more confident and in control when it comes to tests and quizzes (including STAAR!). Students will learn practical strategies to calm their bodies and minds, including simple regulation and mindfulness techniques they can use before and during tests. We’ll also help students create a personalized “test survival kit” and practice coping strategies for managing worry, negative self-talk, and test-day nerves. The focus is on building confidence, resilience, and tools students can use right away.
